“Isn’t life coaching basically just helping me achieve my goals?”
Yes and no. Yes, goals are important. Action is important. But no, it’s not the starting point.Â
If you are consumed in incessant action, do not take one more step. Not one! That's how you become exhausted spinning in circles.
Let’s back it up. Before you make one move, you have to question, analyze, and rewire your beliefs.
It’s not what you’re doing wrong. It's what you're thinking wrong.
Many people hop right into action, and this is a huge mistake. You start towards a goal and it maybe lasts for 3 weeks. Then you “fail.” And then you feel bad about yourself and have no motivation to start back up. “What’s wrong with me?!”
Your thinking. More importantly, your beliefs. It’s your beliefs that fuel the potential that you tap into. From there, actions are taken and results occur.

Become a Certified Create Your Fate Coach
You’ve lived the transformation—now it’s time to lead it. In this 18-week certification (by application and interview only), you'll become licensed to coach the 90-Day Mindset Makeover under the Create Your Fate brand. You'll also receive Enneagram certification and ongoing mentorship. Space is limited for this high-touch, immersive program.
Get Life Coach Certified
In this 18-week general life coaching certification, you’ll learn the foundational tools of life coaching through the Create Your Fate lens—plus earn your Enneagram certification to elevate your work. While this program doesn’t include our proprietary coaching method, you’ll be fully equipped to launch your own unique practice, with the option for continued support after graduation.
Enneagram Practitioner Certification
This 8-week live certification is designed for anyone who leads, supports, or interacts with people—whether you're a coach, therapist, manager, entrepreneur, or parent. In a small-group learning environment, you’ll gain powerful insight into how people think, feel, and communicate, and learn to apply the Enneagram to deepen relationships and enhance connection in all areas of life.
Self-Guided Enneagram Certification
Learn the Enneagram on your own time, at your own pace. This self-guided certification is perfect for parents, managers, leaders—or anyone who wants to understand themselves, their partner, or others more deeply. You’ll get all the foundational teachings to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and create more harmony—without the pressure of live sessions.

Meet Our Founder, Meg Ellis
 In 2018, Meg experienced a profound awakening, listening to the quiet whisper of her soul calling her to create her Best Life Ever. Although she felt her true purpose was to be a life coach, she wasn’t sure where to begin. Then, in 2019, Meg discovered the Enneagram, a tool that reveals the why behind our behaviors, and it instantly resonated with her vision for guiding others. Inspired, she founded her life coaching company, Create Your Fate Coaching (formally known as Phoenix 8), based on the principles that had awakened her own journey toward conscious living.
Meg’s mission has always been to elevate collective consciousness. As a motivational speaker and one-on-one coach, she empowers individuals to grow and transform their lives. Through her Create Your Fate podcast and wellness retreats worldwide, Meg connects with people from all walks of life, helping them align with their highest potential.
Recognizing that her mission was larger than herself, Meg knew she needed to expand her impact beyond her own efforts. She realized the next natural step was to train others in her methodologies, empowering them to coach the Create Your Fate Coaching philosophies and spread this message of transformation.
Today, Meg’s goal is to inspire others who feel a calling within to become coaches of the Create Your Fate Coaching principles, so they too can guide people toward living their own Best Life Ever.
