Self-Paced Coursework
Watch pre-recorded video lessons grouped into modules on your own schedule. Watch each video and complete all paired tasks to unlock the next lesson.
Group Learning
Join live group coaching with interactive exercises to expand your understanding of key coaching foundations. Sessions are recorded to rewatch or view if you miss the live session.

Peer Coaching
Complete coach-reviewed and self-evaluated peer coaching along with unsupervised peer coaching practice. All coaching will be logged to ensure you graduate feeling ready and confident!

Final Exam
Complete a final assessment to measure your knowledge of the program. A minimum score is required to acquire your certification, and multiple attempts of completion are allowed.

Learn the full Create Your Fate coaching model and get licensed to teach the 90-Day Mindset Makeover. Includes Enneagram certification and live mentorship. (18 weeks + practicum, application required)

Learn the fundamentals of coaching through the Create Your Fate lens—without teaching our proprietary program. Includes Enneagram certification and support to launch your own unique practice. (18 weeks, application required)
Enneagram Group Certification
