You'll meet with a small, intimate group once a week for a 90-minute live session. Meeting day and time will be determined based on group availability and interest.

Time Commitment
The program requires a commitment of approximately 3-4 hours per week, including live group learning, peer coaching, and self-paced coursework.

Self-Paced Coursework
Watch pre-recorded video lessons grouped into 8 modules on your own schedule each week. Watch each video and complete all paired tasks to unlock the next lesson.
Group Learning
Join 12 hours of live group coaching with interactive exercises to expand your understanding of key coaching foundations. Sessions are recorded to rewatch or view if you miss the live session.
Peer Coaching
Complete 2 hours of peer coaching within your cohort to deepen your understanding of each personality type and gain real-world practice. All sessions will be logged to ensure you graduate feeling confident, prepared, and ready to apply what you’ve learned.
Final Exam
Complete a final assessment to measure your knowledge of the Enneagram. A minimum score is required to acquire your certification, and multiple attempts of completion are allowed.
