I know it's scary. Trust me. At the age of 30, I made a drastic career change, and went from being a dental hygienist, working in a 9-5 I hated, counting down the days and hours til the weekend, to living out one of my dreams as a full-time fitness instructor. At the age of 33, I did it again, when I decided to become a life coach...and start my own company.
